The Sosh Collection Shop ships to most countries worldwide from our Naples, FL headquarters using USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.
We are unable to ship to: Brazil, China, Colombia, Indonesia, Lebanon, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam. See available shipping options on our checkout page.
Our processing time is 1 business day. U.S. orders should arrive within 2-6 business days. International orders shipped with USPS usually take between 2-3 weeks while international orders shipped with FedEx, DHL or UPS take approximately 1 week. International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. After your order has been processed we will assign a tracking# to your order that we will email or send by text message.

Yes. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

If your item is lost in transit, or damaged in transit, Sosh Collection’s Shipping Protection has you covered. Please contact us (<—please make <mailto> link to email@example.com ) within 3 days and provide in your email Order#, Name and contact info. If you contact us in regards to a damaged item please attach photos of the damage as well as damage of the packaging.
We will take care of filing the claim and make sure that you receive a replacement or a refund.
We do our best to keep our website up to date during the Holiday Season but it may happen that an item is sold and unavailable. In cases like this, we will contact you with alternative options and if you do not like what is available, we will refund your money. Processing time during the holiday season can go up. We keep our clients always informed about their order and when it ships. All packages are shipped insured and Signature Required. In case you missed delivery of your order, the carrier will hold your package for at least 5 days before they return it to us.
